UT Arlington's Graduate and Professional School Fair Cancellation Policy

Because the majority of our expenses are incurred at the time of your registration:

• organizations who register and cancel prior to October 6, 2006 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee
• organizations who cancel October 6, 2006 or later will receive NO REFUND
• registered organizations who do not show up for the event will receive NO REFUND (if your payment is not received by Wednesday, October 18, 2006, your organization will be billed for the full registration fee)
