Job Location and Development (JLD)  Program component of Career Services assists employers to connect with enrolled students who are seeking off-campus employment that is full-time, part-time, temporary, or summer. JLD is a federally funded program   which operates on a year-round basis.   Employers may post their job opportunities to the HIREAMAVERICK system at no charge. 

JLD students work in manufacturing, banking, hospitality, food services, education, engineering, healthcare and many other industries.  Positions include cashier, lifeguard, receptionist, waiter, laborer, interpreter, lab assistant, library assistant and camp counselor.  JLD is a high yield student self-help program.
